30-Day Returns

Not feeling it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Original condition means unworn, undamaged, and with any packaging included.

How to start a return

Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
Once your return arrives, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If your return is due to our error — a wrong, defective, or damaged item — we cover the return shipping.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No return needed.

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? The fastest route is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
