How long does shipping take?
Every order ships free in the US. Processing takes 1–3 business days, delivery lands 10–15 business days from order. Ordering for a festival or trip? Give it 3 weeks to be safe.
Where's my tracking number?
It hits your email as soon as your order ships. Track it door to door on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 days to activate after shipment — that's normal.
Are the lenses actually UV400?
Yes — full UV400 protection, standard on every pair. That blocks 100% of UVA/UVB. No exceptions, no upcharge.
What if they don't fit or I don't like them?
You've got 30 days from delivery to return anything in original condition for a full refund. Changed your mind? No drama — details on our Returns & Refunds page.
My order arrived damaged (or never arrived).
Contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Hit us through the Contact page ASAP. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll sort it.
How can I pay?
Every major card, plus Shop Pay one-tap checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify — we never see your card details.
Do you ship outside the US?
